I purchased a boat last year with a 1996 Yamaha v-pro 115hp OB. When starting the motor, I need to put the throttle forward a ways to get it to fire, the n let it run for a bit before it will idle. Once I get it to idle, if it's warm, I can get it to stay running but if it's not warmed up yet, it typically dies in 30 sec. If it's warm it idles but it's rough (see video). It has a new battery and new spark plugs. I also tried taking off the air box and spraying a little carb cleaner in the carbs. Any ideas? Thanks!
