Cranks great and idols fine. seems to run a little rough but stays running unless put under a load after put into gear. Will often shut down. will crank back up, no problem. Once running at 1100 to 2300 rpm runs rough ( missing ) it will then surge and take off like at bat out of hell, will run up to 5100 rpm. I've put on a seperate 6 gal. tank clean fuel High test with Sea foam. Checked filters, cleaned and gapped plugs. How full is the fuel bowl/filter on side of engine should be? mine is about half way top of spring. help appreciated? It's on an 88 Mako 211.
