The sled starts great...idles great but at 1/4 throttle it sounds like it misses. Then at 1/2 throttle it sounds like it is missing something terrible and it won't increase rpms from half throttle. At first I thought it was fuel related and here's what's been done: <br /><br />carbs cleaned<br />new diaphrams<br />new plugs<br />new fuel filters (factory and inline)<br />I took plug wires and guts from black box on a parts 97 spx incase it was that...no luck<br /><br />So what should I do next? I even tore the carbs off and looked at the rotary valve...all the teeth look real good and not hardly any play. <br /><br />1.So what advances the timing on these sleds? Is that my problem or is there something else? <br /><br />2.Can I switch the gray computer box from my 97 spx and see if that fixes it??
