96 sea doo gsx not running right at high rpm

Used my ski the other day and it starts and runs fine at lower rpm's but when. I get on the throttle it starts to cut out it starts to take off then cuts out then starts to go then cuts out and it keeps doing that I do know its not a fuel prob so I'm thinking something electrical? Appreciate any and all help!!!

Start with cleaning the carb and fuel filter

it sure sounds like fuel starvation however try running with the seat removed and see if it runs better, also replace the plugs and check the plug wire cores for corrosion.
