96 Mercury 60 no sparks

NEED HELP! I have a 1996 mercury 60HP. Our on the water and turned the boat off to catch bait. Went to restart motor and would not start. There is no spark to the plugs. I have since installed a new switch box and stator. Black Yellow disconnected. Still no spark. What next? Thanks in advance for help.

Check you run switch at the controls if you have one.

yzf125 Thanks for the tip but I've checked all that already and nothing. I even removed the harness off and nothing.
