I am having trouble with the engine losing power after it is at full throttle for half hour 45 min. It runs fine for the initial start up and for approx 30-45 min then it hesitates when I try to throttle up and even stalls. It goes from around 5000rpms to 4000 at full throttle and will not run any higher. Fuel Stabilizer and dry gas have been installed, new plugs poppet valve and thermostat.
