Hope this is the right forum... Just picked up a nice SeaRay 175 with a '96 115 Merc on it. 
I see that all specs are the same for the 115 and the 125 and i'm curious... how Do they get that extra 10hp? Is it rejetting the Carbs? or is it more involved? Has anyone ever done the change from 115 to 125 hp?
