rc,<br /><br />Something is wrong. Several possibilities come to mind.<br /><br />1. You have an air leak behind the throttle plates-bad carb mounting gasket or gasket installation.<br /><br />2. Linkage put back on wrong.<br /><br />3. One or both throttle plates being held open by debris, gasket, etc.
