96 johnson 60hp driving me crazy

I have a 96 johnson 60 hp that is makeing me go crazy it runs great but has a random miss, it runs like new for a few minuets then for a second just shuts off and goes agian it seems like a electrical problem, but it has 3 new coils, new power pack new stator, new rectifier, new plugs new plug wires, new starter, rebuilt carbs, new fuel pump, i have had it at several shops and each one said i need one or more of the parts i replaced but i still have the problem, timing is right on, everything works on the hose but in the water is when the miss appears, any one had this problem or have any advice please let me know. Thanks.

The engine is loaded when in the water, more back pressure, more pression in the cylinder, more heat, which takes more voltage to fire the plug. If ignition system not good will mis fire.
These shop charging you to tell you need more parts?

1. compressiont test, good engine ------ 120 psi.
2. Ignition testing, need a peakreading meter.
3. replacing all of these parts, you could have missed a ground wire or a pin pushed out in one of the connectors.
4. main engine connector could be arcing inside the connector.
5. If testing ignition system at cranking show OK, go to running engine under load ingition testing.
6. even new ignition parts should be check for proper voltage output.
7 what kind of plug wires, some after market wires are not the correct wires.
