96 gsx seadoo wont start

I have a 96 gsx the first couple of times i took it out it would hardly run for the first 10-15 mins then it would bust lose and run fine. The last time i took it out it did the same thing but at the end of the day it wouldnt start. The carbs have been rebuilt and it has been to the shop three times with no real results so i have decided to try and figure it out my self. Help!!

try running the fuel line from the fuel pump in take directly to the reserve pickup on the fuel tank, block off the other pickup and see if it runs better,, old selector switches will go bad and cause problems with fuel delivery to the pump. also be sure the hose clamps on the suction side of the fuel lines are all really tight or air will get sucked in the lines.
