I have a 96 evinrude 150 fight that races at start up. It started after I ran up the lake stopped for a while to fish, try to start up in and it races up the rpm. Shut it down tried 3 or 4 times and finally got it back to dock. At the dock I tried it again sure enough it did it again. Is this a sensor problem ??? Has any one had the same problem? I have checked the linkage fo any bind or such.Thanks for the help.
