96 f50 Fuel line question.

I just picked up a used 1996 F50 TLR. It has an extra black fuel hose coming out of the top carb that is leaking fuel. It appears to have come unplugged, but I can't find where it belongs. Can anyone tell me where it is supposed to be plugged in?
Is the diaphragm assembly on top of Carb #1 an accellerator pump?
