Engine won't shift into forward or reverse. I removed the LU this afternoon and tried to move the shifter with the LU removed but still wouldn't shift. Then removed the shift & throttle cables from the engine. I was then able to move the shifter back and forth but once I reconnected the cables no such luck. Any ideas?
