i have a 95 force 70 and have rebuilt the carb and fuel pump but my question is i have six pounds of pulse on the line coming from the motor but no pulse on the crankcase port behind the pump..... is that what is causing it to not pump any fuel cause the block pulse to the rear of the pump is only 1 pound.... compression on motor is good also..... maybe a crankseal leak???

Go to boat.net, Mercury Force Outboard Parts 70 H.P. (1991-1995) 0E000001 THRU 0E138599 FUEL PUMP ASSEMBLY Diagram Look for this diagram.
The gasket#10 could be bad.The pump assembled wrong. The gasket behind the pump in wrong.
What's it doing that you need help? A clearer description will help.
At cranking speed you won't get a lot of pressure. These pumps are low pressure low volume and work best at running rpm.
That's why they put in a squeezie. Read the signature about Ethanol.J
