95 cyclone sport jet 120 fuel problem

i have a 95 cyclone jet boat with the mercury sport jet 120, i am trying to get it runing after i had it sittin for two years. when i put it away for the two years i did winterize and set the boat up to be stored. i cleaned the carbs out and there was no problems everything looked clean, i cleaned it any way floats are free not sticking. plugs looked good have spark. but i took it out to the boat lauch set it in the water fired right up let it run for a good five minutes and went to put it in and then it died. still have spark.
any ideas from here???
