I picked up a parts motor for $100, it's a 95 90hp cross flow with an OMS, very clean, fresh water only. All four cylinders are lightly scored and the #4 wrist pin bearing is gone, with the normal piston and cylinder damage, the head is fine though. I don't normally see a wrist pin bearing fail, so I'm just looking for a few reasons why it may have. I may rebuild it because I have many of the parts already and I have a boat to put it on, but if it's too costly, I may just use it as a parts motor for the 98 90hp I have now like originally planned.
