Trim/tilt was working but just stopped, in the full up position. Switch is ok, because i'm getting power to the relay. Battery meter isn't showing any drop in voltage. I thought maybe air in line, so I loosened resevoir bolt and heard some air hissing - but it didn't help.Any suggestions?

Did you check that the lock that holds the motor up didn't fall into position.

Yes. Although normally I do look beyond the obvious, I did make sure of this. Is it possible that the motor (that engages the pump) could have gone out?

Check the relay. There are 2 relays, one for up and the other for down. You should hear the relevant relay clicking if it is working. Then check the secondary relay contacts for power to the motor when you operate the switch. You can lower the motor manually by releasing the screw on the right hand side of the motor mounting bracket which releases the pressure in the system.
