94 Tigershark Artic Cat Montego. Good or Bad? Value?

Looking at a 94 Tigershark Montego. Not sure if it is 9 or 10 foot. NADA says it is worth about $800.
1. Is it?
2. Do these hold up OK in salt water?
3. Any reasons I should stay away from it?
4. Are parts available? (NADA says it is not made any longer)
5. I will look at it tonight, anything in particular I should look at?

somebody on there is a guru for sure

if not post in the general ?'s

A holes on pwc today???? bet yours lol,, I stay away from that place like it had the plague. as for tiger shark unless you have to have it I personally would stay away from them, When they run they run good but when they break you have lots of trouble locating what you need to fix it and a wait for parts to get sent to you rather than just going to a dealer to pick something up. Parts are still available I'm told but I would not get one.

Have to agree parts are hard to come by, I got lucky some the designers for tigershark don t live to far from me so i can get some parts, haven' t needed any for a while though, stay away.

jeffs right. TS are hard to find parts for. especially pumps and some motor parts. I used to go on PWC Today but I havent gone on there for a while. Started to get a ton of people with attitudes so i stopped posting on there.
