I have a 1994 Force 90 hp outboard that came with a little pontoon boat I just bought. I know it's not the best motor on the market but I'd like to squeeze a couple of seasons out of it. At mid to high speeds it runs great but when I bring it in to load on the trailer it constantly dies at the low rpm's necessary to load the boat. It will fire right back up but seems to be starving and will cut back out unless I give it more gas. Before I start tearing things apart. I'm up for suggestions. It's got 154 hours on it and about 160 pounds of pressure per cylinder. Thanks in advance - Jay

ph , Turn the mixture screws counterclockwise a quarter turn to a half turn to enrichen the mixture. Also you might have to bring up the idle by turning the idle screw clockwise. The motors are not bad , just some of the mechanics. nevjb
