94 fling ?s HELP!!!

:confused::confused::confused:this is my first post and it regards my first boat. i have a 94 four winns fling with 115 hp 2 stroke when i turn the key over i get a constant beep.and the boat has not been in the water in a while but has been kept inside. i have taken it out once since i bought it. i am just wondering what this means i have no manual or guide for this any suggestions will help........i was told the oil pump was out and had to premix the gas ow hard of a fix is this and is there any way i can attach my garden hose to it to keep from driving 15 mins to the water to work on it:confused::confused::confused:

the consit beep would be your overheat alarm you might have a short somewhere yes you can run the boat in your driveway the part you need cost about 13.00 -15.00 you can get this at turbojetmarineproducts@hotmail.com att.lisa the kit # is 437021 flushing adapter

walmart and kmart sell the flusher for about $5.00

Just so happens I have a 94 Fling and have the owners manual. The deal is that the alarm sounds during the turning of the key so you know the alarm is working. Here is the quote from the manual " each time the key switch is turned from off to on the warning horn will beep once as a self test"

There are two types of alarms that can happen. A low two stroke oil alarm is an intermittent beep and an overheating alarm is a constant beep. Since I now have an overheating problem the overheating alarm is extremely loud and continuous ... you will know if that is the problem.
