removed the carbs but kept the linkage intact. Took to a shop and they soaked and cleaned them. This was supposed to fix the "cough and die" at low rpms (trolling) problem. Didn't. Maybe worse now as it wont seem to idle for any length of time. Is this an adjustment problem or could there be an air leak somewhere? or something entirely different?<br /><br />What is the proper carb setting to start with on this motor? ie; 1 1/2 turns out from lightly seated.<br /><br />These carbs appear to have one adjustment screw on the side of the body. Is this just air mixture?<br /><br />Lots of questions. Thanks for any help.
