94 BassCat Pantera II

I'm thinking about buying a 94 BassCat Pantera II powered with a 94 200 Johnson motor which has a new powerhead from a relitive of mine. The boat has been garadge kept and is in great shape. I don't know much about the BassCat boats though. I was wondering how the BasCat compares to other boats Say like a Ranger or some other major brand. Any comments would be appreciated.<br />Thanks
