94 5.0Fi HU high pressure fuel pump re-assembly

My high pressure pump is leaking and needs replaced. The service picture from Volvo/Penta items number 6 and 7 shows two O-rings on the retaining bolt but when I remove the bolt one of them fell off. I need to verify that this is the correctly location for re-assembly. Anyone know if this is correct?

That is the correct location of the o-rings but do not reuse the o-ring next to the threads. That o-ring has taken a shape and you can see the tearing of the material.
When you reassemble, lubricate both o-rings with motor oil and put the second o-ring on after you put the bolt through the housing.

I have new o-rings on order. They are all original and are 28 years old. Thanks for the help.
