Dewinterized it a couple of weeks ago, turned it over enough just to make sure it fired, then shut it down. Went to try ti this weekend, now it wont start. I'm not sure there is a spark, but the plugs get wet right away after only a few seconds of cranking. I'm pretty sure there is no spark, but not sure I have a good ground on the plug to see it fire...tried a new battery as I read somewhere if the voltage drops it will still crank, but not fire. Ignition module looks to expensive to guess...any ideas before I take it to the marina?

Change the wires. Should be pretty cheap and easy fix. Then look for spark again.

some older kill switches will ground out and prevent the ignition from working properly try holding in the button all the way where the little cap plugs on and see if it runs if so you need a new lanyard cap the old one is worn and allowing the button to rise up too much and shorting the ignition.
also be sure you have a good ground from the coil to the battery
