93 Seadoo-Constant high RPM on starting

[Daremetz]

After boating accident, Seadoo flipped, no water in engine department. Flipped it over and towed in. Once to the pier, we let it set and then cranked it. It is reaving at high rpms instantly and constantly. Carburator appears ok. Throttle cable was stretched, replaced. New to this, any suggestions.

does it keep revving after you pull the lanyard?? or does it turn off ?? could be a stuck open carb,, or a vacuum leak
