STORED THE MOTOR OVER WINTER WITH THE PROP DOWN,<br />NOW THE TILT MOTOR RUNS BUT WILL NOT GO UP OR DOWN. I HAVE TO TURN THE PRESSURE RELEASE 3-4 TURNS TO RAISE MOTOR TO LOCK POSITION. WHAT DO YOU THINK, THE PUMP? LET ME KNOW -MYKE739-THANKS
The release screw must be all the way in for the pump to work, but most people don't no that the pump must be filled with the engine all the way up and thats what it sounds like your problem is, low fluid--Bob
