'92 Johnson 30 with new powerhead. Is there any way to tell when it was made?

I have a '92 Johnson 30 with new powerhead. Is there any way to tell when it was made? Also is there anyway to add an electric starter to the engine?

Yes an electric starter can be fitted.<br /><br />You need starter, solenoid, harness, bracket. Parts are quite expensive.<br /><br />Rebuild powerheads are often marked RPM og others - you cant tell year, at least i dont know how.
