92 Evinrude tilt and trim woes

I have a 92 Evinrude model# VE40TLENM, with tilt/trim. After sitting all winter it no longer will raise the motor. Tilt motor runs and sounds fine, but pump only moves the motor 2" away from the transom. I drained and refilled the fluid last year and it worked pretty well, but it was still leaking down. I am planning to rebuild it but cannot find a part number for a complete seal/o-ring kit. Does anyone here know what that part number might be?

Thanks for that link, just what I need! Looks like the poppet vales are no longer available, are those an item that can be cleaned and re used?
