91 Nissan 40HP no WOT

I have a 40HP that has no WOT. Idles good. Pull choke out almost all the way to get it to run above idle. Motor in the Abacos now. If no suggestions is there a Nissan dealer around Marsh Harbor. Any advise appreciated. Have good mechanical know how but not on outboards.

Check filter(s),check if the fuel pump is putting out a good pulse of fuel,then clean the carbs.
