91 120hp force head gasket or need rebuild??

I recently purchased a 91 sea sprite with a 120 horse force engine, took it on the water on and could only get 2500 rpms at about 10 mph...brought it home to find the top cylinder has about 10-15 pounds of compression, number 2 has 90 and the bottom 2 have 125-130, does this sound like head gasket because thats what i am being told, and also starter doesnt seem to disengage i had to get pulled in last night because it wouldnt start not sure if was my battery or the starter just took a crap, any info people???? Your going to have to pull the head to find out and inspect the gasket and the cylinders. I had the same issues with mine and it turned out to just be the gasket. Have the replacement gasket in hand and cross your fingers, damage to the pistons, rings, or cylinder walls and your in for a rebuild.
