90hp idles poorly when trimmed all the way down

I purchased a 2013 SuperHawk 1650 last Sumer and it came with a 90 hp 4 stroke and ran great last season, this year I took it out a few times, and on my last fishing trip trolling for salmon the engine stalled out and was running funny for a while. I noticed when the engine is trimmed all the way down it idles poorly and even stalled out once. When I just tap the trim up button and the engine trims up just that little bit engine runs great again with no issues. Any ideas what the issue could be?

When in doubt...let the dealer figure it out. You are under warranty.
