my ski dies when I slow to idel after riding it, also doesn't run at 1200 to 1400 rpm to well I have also noticed it shutting off as I make a hard right turn It usually starts right back up Sitting at the dock it will idle with no problem but when I start to ride at no wake speed it shuts down. I have increased the idle speed to 1400rpm but this doesn't seem to help. I need to maintain about 1800 rpm when moving any help would be greatly appreciated

it should idle at 1500 in water and 3000 out of the water, carbs should be synked and fuel delivery should be checked, replace the return fuel line with a clear plastic hose so you can see what is happening in your system look for air bubbles in the return line that means a hose clamp is loose and the pump is sucking air. also be sure your compression is good

I finally found the problem there were two wires going to the switch that had the insulation cut on the handlebars.
