I need to know if there is a way of pulling a cylinder sleeve out of the block and pushing it back. This engine seized a few years ago. I finally pulled it apart. The top piston broke because the cylinder sleeve moved and the piston ring got stuck on the other edge of the sleeve and snapped the head of the piston. Any ideas.
