90 hp trim leak

I have a small leak on the tilt/trim. I have to fill a small amount, every month or so. I have a couple questions?

1) Is there any harm in continuing just to fill the tilt/trim?
2) Is there a seal kit that canbe purchased, I have heard you have to buy the rod to get the kit which makes no sense?
3) If I have to replace the rod or rebuild the seal, do I have to remove the whole engine, or just lock it up with the levers?

Hi,

If the leakage is from the small two arms the replacement of the lid will do,
if the leakage is from the center big arm the whole rod with lid has to be replaced for this you need not remove the engine.
