my 1998 nissan 90A stalled after running fine for two hours. the alarm sounded, and it wouldnt start. i was running through some thick seaweed, but intake was clear and water was always pumping. it started after about 30 minutes but wouldnt throttle up past approx 1500 rpm. the next day after checking fuel filter, fuel line and plugs it started and runs fine now. any thoughts on what happened
