Hi Guys,
Have freshly re-built my 90' carbs/gaskets. Runs well but motor remains cold-blooded.
I have to use the choke to start, anytime the motor is off for more than 15/20 minuits. Doesn't matter how long I run prior. Is this normal? Have checked for air leaks and worry motor might be set too lean. Currently 3/4 turn per manuals instructions.

Your thoughts?
Txs.............Jim

It does not sound too bad, about normal, but you may want to try one full turn out for the idle air/fuel mixture and see if it would make a difference.
