Hey All,<br /><br /> I have a 90 Evinrude 200 I purchased with a 20ft stratos Aug 6th. I have had nothing but trouble with since I bought it. Anyway Joe helped me eliminate the fuel restriction and surging problem. Now it just seems like it isnt running right sluggish power. Compression is 100psi all cyls. I checked fuel line draw with vac. gauge fine. Put gauge on carb side of pump and see 4 psi at idle(on hose) and 1 psi at/above 2000 rpms. After fighting with dealership they are sending me a new VRO if I promise never to call them again. What should the pressure be anyone know??<br /><br />Eric
