90/65 Mariner Factory Jet......

I am thinking of buying a boat with a 90/65 factory jet pump on it. This is on a 1752 welded boat. Has there been a history of any type problems with this motor? WHat are your feelings and thoughts on this motor?<br />thanks<br />longshot

Hello Longshot<br />As far as I know mariners are fine motors in general. Why don't you ask the seller for a test drive. Test the rig with the load you intend to carry, under the conditions witch you intend to operate,river,bay,lake,etc. Then ask the important question. How do you fell about the motor? If it feels good to you, go for it.
