I just bought a 2006 9.9 Suzuki. When I first tried to start it I used the choke. It popped once and then refused to start. I dried out the plugs and tried again-nothing. The next day, it fired right up and ran great (did not use choke) This morning, when it was cool out, I tried to start it without choke-nothing, with choke, nothing, not even a pop. I am going to pull the plugs again and let it set and try again. Are these engines normally easy to flood and what is the best way to clear it out when flooded?
