9.9 Mercury long shaft, Had electric start on at one time then was removed and unsure of what was done. Serial # B316721 I am having some dilema with the choke/primer and the wiring hook up. I am well versed with evinrudes but not with these mercs. any wiring diagrams out there? Also how does the electric primer work? It mounts on the top but how does it activate for choke? Perhaps I am missing something.. I want to get this done and on the water for a good friend of mine.
