Finally figured out my carb problem after rebuilding the carb. Turns out it was not the carb but old tubing to the carb. Sucking air, not gas. Now I find water in lower unit after replacing and taking out for test run. Looked like milk after 20 minute run. First time for me to remove lower unit to replace whatever seals necessary.
