What does the little black tube attached to bottom of carb do. It goes to a tee. Also where the carb attaches to powerhead, bottom left, there's a tiny circular port with two tiny holes, what are they? The carb to head gasket traps the little holes. When I removed carb there was oil/water mix coming out- couple drips....
