9.8 nissan 4stroke engine while running great cut out and died

Hello, guys before I go out and get a service manual etc. I figure it won't hurt to ask.

running out to bay fuel good as is delivery to cylinders,,,no spark ,,cutoff switch checks ok. is there a part that most commonly just dies, sort of like the control modules in a electronic ignition in a car? shi.. oh and no power to coil. thanks for any advice. It was my first time sailing down my canal,,,puckerfactor was way up..

It would be Abby Normal for anything to be wrong with engine. But, since the engine should be less than three years old, you should opt for a dealer to deal with it as it would be under warranty.
