Did you replace the points? I'm assuming you have points since you stated you replaced the condensers. Some times the point springs get weak and will start to float at higher RPMs. JMHO!
How did you determine a " loss of spark "------Did you use a timing light or is it a guess ?---Did you check plug leads where they come out of the magplate ?
Did not use timing light its a guess based on what motor does when its running. I did buy some new lead wire and was going to replace it next. The points were not replaced due to appearance. They look good to me.

So you haven't actually verified that the spark is dropping out. So then it could be a fuel delivery issue as well. You can't troubleshoot your problem without verifying actual problems. Meaning you have to verify the spark is dropping out. However, a high speed jet issue in the carb could easily be the problem. So when the engine starts to act like you think the spark is missing, pull a spark plug wire and see if the engine changes RPMs. If so replace that spark plug wire and move on to the next one. If pulling any of the spark plug wires doesn't change the engine RPMs, that is your dropped cylinder. If all of them change the engine's RPMs then look at the carb...because the ignition is working... Report back here to us so we can assist you further after read your results.
