hello all
Looking for some advice for my Excel 225. Having a problem with it bogging under load and cutting off. I read many prior post and rebuilt the carbs, replaced the fuel lines, filters and both fuel pumps. It idles ok, takes gear fine but when i try to get on plane it falls flat on its face at 1300 rpms. Made sure the tank vent line is clear alsoand comression is fair with the lowest cylinder reading 105. Any advice would be appreciated because this thing has me stumped. thanks in advance

if only reading about stuff would fix the problem.but it doesn't . now take all you've read and put it to action. have you cleaned the carbs? have you checked your fuel pumps, fuel lines and filters? if 105 lbs is your lowest whats your highest?
