'89 yamaha 50 fades at full spead
Since my last post I've changed tanks because water was in my first tank but I cleaned the filter and the float chambers and thought it was ok but its back to the same old thing, a slow dying (3 minutes to half RPM). Its odd that pulling the trottle back to half two or three times fast puts it back to full revs. Here is a possibility: I watched the linkage when pulling back and it won't give full revs till I pull back far enough to move the advance lever on the power pack. Could it be getting weak or failing? Plugs are good, pump works, bulb is hard, I'm running out of options and I've spent my very dime on this thing.
