89 VRO Tilt/Trim Sending Unit Location

I feel kinda silly asking this question, but were is the tilt/trim sending unit on a 1989 VRO 90 HP? Looked in the manual, but was unable to locate it.

Are you looking to calibrate the trim gauge? The trim sending unit is just inside the left side of the motor mount. It's black with two screws holding it in place and a few wires coming from it.

Thank you. My trim gauge does not work and I am going through the manual trying to figure out why it does not work. Checked the gauge with a meter and now I am trying to check the sending unit, but was unable to find it. All suggestions would be great. <br /><br />Thanks Again

I just installed guage and sender etc this week.<br />What info do you need?
