I would like to know the procedure for bleeding air out of the trim and tilt system on a 1989 Merc 115hp outboard. <br /><br />[*]null

Run it down and up once,then refill. continue this but not more than four times,without giving that oil some time to settle.This is supposed to be a self bleeding system,but if you allow the oil to become areated it can be frustrating.
