89 force 50 idle issue

my idle is going from a very fast idle to a very low idle to the point it will sneeze and cough before it dies, The motor set for 2 years and i rebuilt the fuel pump and carb, flushed the tank and lines, decarbed the engine, tested compression on both cycliders (both around 115) and changed the plugs(nothing unusual about the plugs they seem to burn evenly and have good spark) I am missing something and i just done know what. This is my first boat and can use all the help i can get...

Sneezing is usually a classic lean condition symtom.<br /> My info indicates it has a low speed mixture<br /> adjustment try that.Usually adjuted warm in gear.
