89 evinrude 40 hp wiring help needed

Good evening,

Have an '89 40 hp remote control VRO evinrude with the power pack built into the assembly under the flywheel. I understand how the charging system is wired, the coil leads, and the kill ground. However, there's a tan wire and a grey wire that I don't know where they go. Can someone help? My Seloc manual only shows the wiring diagrams for the engines with power pack located on the side of the engine. Would really appreciate any help. thanks, Mitch

On mine tan is temp sensor wire and gray is the pulse wire for the tach.
